The newly launched inverter cold storage electronic control solution is designed to meet the needs of cold chain warehousing, industrial freezing and other scenarios, and realises the in-depth integration of energy efficiency and intelligent control. The programme adopts dual PID control algorithms to accurately control the temperature error of the cold storage at ±0.5℃, and at the same time, it supports stable operation in a wide temperature range from -35℃ to 60℃, so that it can maintain excellent refrigeration efficiency even in extreme environments.
The innovative solution combines fixed-frequency and inverter technology to flexibly switch between refrigerating and freezing modes, with intelligent frosting and thermal fluorine frosting technology to improve efficiency by 30%. The heat recovery design enables the secondary use of energy, reducing energy consumption by 25% compared to traditional solutions. In terms of compatibility and ease of operation, the solution is compatible with mainstream brands of compressors such as Mitsubishi, Hitachi, Copeland, etc. It supports a wide voltage input of 165V-280V/340V-410V, and provides a variety of line controller options such as segmented, colourful and full-touch screen. Users can quickly operate the compressor through one-key debugging, manual defrosting and fault elimination functions. With the standard IoT platform, the compressor can be upgraded remotely through OTA and real-time monitoring, which significantly reduces operation and maintenance costs.
2. Commercial inverter dehumidifier electronic control programme: multi-functional all-in-one intelligent environmental housekeeper
For the dehumidification needs of commercial space, industrial plant and other scenarios, HuiDa has launched a commercial inverter dehumidifier electronic control solution that integrates dehumidification, drying and purification functions. The solution supports 165V-280V/340V-500V wide voltage operation, compatible with air-cooled/liquid-cooled dual drive modes, humidity control accuracy of ±3%, users can set humidity value freely between 30%-70% according to the demand, and at the same time take into account the constant temperature dehumidification and the three-control heat recovery technology, to ensure the comfort of the environment and the optimisation of energy efficiency.
In terms of modular design, the solution can be flexibly adapted to DC/AC fans, electric heating and drainage pumps, and is compatible with split-type and whole-type dehumidifier structures. The local 8-segment timer and remote multi-segment timer on/off function, together with the IoT platform's full-scenario data monitoring and troubleshooting, help customers achieve efficient deployment and operation and maintenance.
